Ingredients

1 - 10oz ECF Carrot Spirals 

1 tbsp. fresh tahini paste

1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp. sesame seeds, to top

Directions

  1. Whisk together the tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper

  2. Gently stir in the carrot noodles and then parsley
